Refund and Returns Policy

At GIRLES, we want you to love what you wear — unapologetically. If something’s not quite right, we’re here to make it right. Our Returns & Exchanges Policy is designed to be simple, transparent, and fair.

🛍️ Returns Eligibility

You may return items within 14 days of delivery if:

  • Items are unused, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Tags are still attached

  • They’re returned with the original packaging

Final Sale items, gift cards, and underwear cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene reasons.

🔁 Exchanges

Need a different size or color? We offer free exchanges (subject to availability). Kindly initiate the request within 14 days of receiving your item.

 

💸 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you and, if approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Note:

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

  • Refund times may vary depending on your bank or card provider

 

🚚 How to Start a Return or Exchange

  1. Email us at [contact@girles.uk] with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We’ll send you a return form and instructions.

  3. Pack your items securely and ship them using the provided address.

  4. Once received and approved, we’ll process your refund or exchange.

 

📦 Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect. In such cases, GIRLES will cover return shipping.

  • Items returned outside the 14-day window may not be accepted.

  • We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet our policy.
